It’s a shift in how you see yourself in your role and how you show up in it - from doing the work yourself to leading confidently through others.

- Have recently stepped into leadership or are preparing to
- Are strong contributors but feel unsure where their leadership time should now go
- Notice they’re still “doing” more than they’d like
- Feel pressure to prove themselves in meetings, decisions, or conflict
- Want to lead with more confidence and less self-doubt
This is especially relevant for:
- Emerging leaders
- Newly promoted managers
- Technical specialists moving into people leadership
- Leaders preparing for broader responsibility
- Have a clearer understanding of the leadership role you're stepping into
- Recognise where you're still operating as a doer rather than ‘owning’ their leadership
- Understand the leadership habits that build trust and capability in others
- Gain practical tools to strengthen confidence in moments of uncertainty
- Work through a detailed workbook to refer back to and leave with specific leadership behaviours your can apply immediately
You'll also have access to a follow up Q&A session held 4 weeks later.

The shift from operational work to leadership doesn’t happen automatically - and many capable leaders are never shown how to make it.
- Why leadership can feel vague or uncomfortable at first
- How staying in “doer mode” affects team capability and leader workload
- What leadership work actually looks like in practice
- How leaders signal clarity, direction, and authority through everyday habits
Part Two: The Inner Experience of Leadership - Confidence, Courage and Quiet Power®
Confidence isn’t about having all the answers.
This session focuses on the internal experience of leadership, including:
- Why self-doubt is common in leadership roles
- Participants will work through guided reflection and discussion to:
- Clarify how their leadership needs to look day-to-day
- Identify habits they want to strengthen or change
- Consider how their team and their leaders will experience the shift
Commit to small, realistic leadership practices they can apply immediately

This session is designed for leaders who are stepping into, or preparing for, a leadership role. This includes emerging leaders, newly promoted managers, technical specialists moving into people leadership, and experienced contributors who want to lead more confidently through others.
If you are finding the shift from doing the work to leading the work uncomfortable or unclear, this session will be particularly valuable.
Yes. While the session is especially helpful for emerging leaders, many experienced leaders also benefit from revisiting the fundamentals of how they think, feel and operate in their role. The content is reflective, practical and grounded in real leadership situations, not introductory theory.
You will leave with:
- A clearer understanding of your leadership role and priorities
- Practical tools to strengthen confidence in real situations
- A detailed workbook to support reflection and ongoing practice
- Specific leadership behaviours you can apply immediately
- Greater clarity on how to lead through others rather than carrying the workload yourself
No. This is not a motivational talk.
The session is practical, reflective and focused on everyday leadership situations. It is designed to help you build confidence through insight, structured reflection and realistic leadership practices.
The Masterclass is delivered live online via Zoom. It includes teaching, reflection, guided exercises and discussion. Participants are encouraged to engage, but there is no pressure to share more than you are comfortable with.
Yes. A recording will be available for participants after the session. This allows you to revisit the content or catch up if you are unable to attend live.
No preparation is required. You will receive your workbook prior to the session so you can familiarise yourself with the content if you wish. Most of the reflection and exercises will be completed during the masterclass.
The session includes optional reflection, discussion and practical exercises. You can participate as much or as little as you feel comfortable. Many participants find the reflective elements particularly valuable.
You will need:
- A reliable internet connection
- A computer or tablet with audio
- A quiet space where you can focus
No advanced technical skills are required. Clear joining instructions will be provided.
Yes. This Masterclass is designed specifically for leaders who want to build steady, grounded confidence in ways that feel genuine and sustainable. It focuses on calm presence and thoughtful influence rather than loud or performative leadership.
Absolutely. Many business owners experience the same leadership challenges as managers, particularly when shifting from doing everything themselves to leading a team. The frameworks and tools apply across corporate, government and business environments.
You only need to attend one session. Both are the same content, offered at different times to suit different time zones.
The investment is $197 AUD (approximately £97). This includes:
- The full 2.5 hour live masterclass
- A comprehensive workbook
- Session recording
- Practical leadership tools and frameworks
Refunds are available within 7 days of purchase, provided the session has not yet been attended. Please contact our team for support.

"The program was great for understanding how to manage different personalities and understand them.
It educated me on how to deal with problems in the workplace and how to improve them."

"Paula’s Inspire Confidence course enabled me to break a long standing cycle of insecurity, putting myself last, and allowing others to limit my growth and experiences. Through her guidance, I gained a deeper understanding of myself, learned to recognise my own worth, and developed the confidence to navigate different situations with clarity and self-belief.
This course reminded me that we all have a voice and that we belong exactly where we are, we sometimes just need help learning how to see it. Paula’s course does this tremendously well."

"I was looking to be more confident in speaking out in larger groups. Paula has given me tools in my tool kit to help with this, from self acceptance to influencing skills. I found the Influencing Skills part of the course very enlightening, I had not really thought about the different types of people you could be speaking to and how this would affect the way you would present to them, from cool blues to fiery reds.
My favourite part of the course was the self belief, making you think about your core values and how we live by them and what we can do to improve and be aware of them.
Thank you Paula."
