Format: 4 live, interactive 1-hour sessions, including Q&A

Recordings: Each session will be recorded and available for 1 week, though attending live is recommended to get the most out of the experience.

Plus Daily Challenges to Put Learning Into Action:

After each session, you’ll take on practical daily challenges designed to help you implement what you’ve learned right away. These challenges will give you the opportunity to unpack with me what worked, what didn’t, and how you can improve.
